Returns Policy

Our easy 30 day return policy gives you time to make sure you love what you got. will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days.

Please contact your account manager or customer service at 213-608-0058 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to shipping the item back to us. All returns must be approved and returned with shipping prepaid in original condition and in their original packaging and must be in as-new condition. 

We reserve the right to impose restocking fee on unauthorized or unusual returns.  Special orders, custom made pendent or fixtures cannot be returned.  Cloth covered wires that were cut as an order by the foot are also not eligible for return.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

Damages or Incorrect Shipment will, at our discretion, replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or it was damaged in shipment. Please note any obvious damage, shortage, or incorrectly shipped item while applying your signature at the time of delivery and make all claims for replacement or credit

In order for a damage claim to be successful, has to be notified of the damage within two working days of the damage. As the shipper, we will file the claim on the customer's behalf and arrange for replacement at no charge and no shipping, or arrange for refund. The package must be received (not refused under any circumstances) and inspected. Replacement and refund will be assessed according to the amount of the actual damage.


Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. Heavy and bulky items require special attention and must be shipped separately. For these items, a standard rate will be charged. Most orders will ship via FedEx Ground.  Orders weighing less than 2lbs will ship via USPS unless you request otherwise when order is placed.  Please note that orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Express & Overnight

Express orders places after 2:00 PM Pacific Standard time will ship out the next business day. If you have any questions or would like to know if we can ship out express orders after the cutoff time please call us at 800-605-6835 during normal business hours. (9:00AM-5:00PM PST M-F)


International Sales:

All International sales are final. will not accept returns from international Sales. Please make sure to carefully check the accuracy of your order. does stand behind our products. Under certain circumstances you may contact us for Return Authorization.

-         You received the wrong item.

-         The item received is defective.

-         The item arrived damaged due to shipping.

International Return Authorization:

-         RMA must be obtained within 5 days of receiving your order.

-         You must contact us for an RMA or your return will be denied.

-         You must include a picture of your order with the packing slip.
