These E12 phenolic bases worked well to replace tired fixtures in this circa 1930s Mico smoke stand. Their compact size allowed me to fit them and LED replacement bulbs into a tight space.
I had to get a longer threaded pipe to use it because my base has a rounded perimeter. The pipe I needed was a 12mm with 1mm thread pitch and not the standard 1/4 IP pipe with a 1/2 inch od and coarser 18 tpi pitch. Just saying, in case you've got the same issue and think its a half inch 24 tpi pipe. You won't find it.

This is the second time that I purchased bulbs from Nostalgic & I am very pleased. One of the photos shows the difference between a 2700 kelvin bulb and the significantly "warmer" bulb from Nostalgic. These bulbs are really like the old incandescent bulbs from a long time ago - really nice! I had a problem with the original order where 2 of the bulbs went out. I contacted them & they added 2 new bulbs to my second order...no questions asked! Great customer service! If you are looking for a truly warm light bulb this it the place!
