Shipping policy
US Shipments:
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. Most orders will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Orders weighing less than 2lbs will usually ship via USPS unless you request otherwise when the order is placed.
Express & Next Day
Express and Next Day orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship out the next business day. UPS and FedEx deliver those packages on business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. (see chart below for more detail) If you have any questions or would like to know if we can ship out express orders after the cutoff time please call us at 800-605-6835 during normal business hours. (9:00 AM-5:00 PM PST M-F)
