Shipping & Delivery

US SHIPMENTS

Most orders usually ship out within 24 hours. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity.  Most orders will ship via UPS Ground.  Orders weighing less than 2 lbs will ship via USPS unless you request otherwise when the order is placed.

Canada & International Shipments:

We use USPS (United States Post Office) or UPS for all our shipments to Canada.  USPS transfers the shipments to Canada Post which will deliver the packages to you.  UPS will deliver directly to you. You are responsible for the import duties which are usually due at the time of delivery.  On most orders you’ll be able to choose between first class (10-12 business days), Priority Mail ( 6-10 business days), or Express Mail (3-5 business days).

EXPRESS & NEXT DAY

Express and Next Day orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship out the next business day. UPS and FedEx deliver those packages on business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. If you have any questions or would like to know if we can ship out express orders after the cutoff time please call us at 800-605-6835 during normal business hours. (9:00 AM-5:00 PM PST M-F)

Returns

RETURNS POLICY

Our easy 30-day return policy gives you time to make sure you love what you got. NostalgicBulbs.com will issue a refund, replacement, or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Read more about our returns and refund policy.

The following items can not be returned:

Special orders and custom-made pendants, cannot be returned.  All lamp wires that were cut as an order by the foot are also not eligible for return.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENT

NostalgicBulbs.com will, at our discretion, replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or it was damaged in shipment.

For a damage claim to be successful, NostalgicBulbs.com has to be notified of the damage within 7 working days of the damage. As the shipper, we will file the claim on the customer's behalf and arrange for a replacement at no charge and no shipping, or arrange for a refund.

This is an amazing bulb. I really like the filament pattern and the fact that it fills nearly the entire bulb. The pattern of the filament is a nice spiral and the reflections on the glass in the bulb make it look mirrored. I built a lamp using the parts on the website with a dimmer socket and the dimming range of this bulb is awesome. I keep the lamp dimmed nearly down to zero and it is like a piece of art

The LED has a weird tapered look when you look at it closely, but it’s not too noticeable at a distance. It does make the bulb feel less warm though. The innards are also a bit too close to the glass, so at areas, you can see black burns
