Shipping & Delivery

US SHIPMENTS

Most orders usually ship out within 24 hours. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity.  Most orders will ship via UPS Ground.  Orders weighing less than 2 lbs will ship via USPS unless you request otherwise when the order is placed.

Canada & International Shipments:

We use USPS (United States Post Office) or UPS for all our shipments to Canada.  USPS transfers the shipments to Canada Post which will deliver the packages to you.  UPS will deliver directly to you. You are responsible for the import duties which are usually due at the time of delivery.  On most orders you’ll be able to choose between first class (10-12 business days), Priority Mail ( 6-10 business days), or Express Mail (3-5 business days).

EXPRESS & NEXT DAY

Express and Next Day orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship out the next business day. UPS and FedEx deliver those packages on business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. If you have any questions or would like to know if we can ship out express orders after the cutoff time please call us at 800-605-6835 during normal business hours. (9:00 AM-5:00 PM PST M-F)

Returns

RETURNS POLICY

Our easy 30-day return policy gives you time to make sure you love what you got. NostalgicBulbs.com will issue a refund, replacement, or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Read more about our returns and refund policy.

The following items can not be returned:

Special orders and custom-made pendants, cannot be returned.  All lamp wires that were cut as an order by the foot are also not eligible for return.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENT

NostalgicBulbs.com will, at our discretion, replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or it was damaged in shipment.

For a damage claim to be successful, NostalgicBulbs.com has to be notified of the damage within 7 working days of the damage. As the shipper, we will file the claim on the customer's behalf and arrange for a replacement at no charge and no shipping, or arrange for a refund.

Vintage Light Bulb - 240 Lumens - Clear Glass Finish - Edison Style

Our Edison incandescent ST58 squirrel cage filament bulb is carefully reproduced to maintain the classic appearance of light bulbs from the early 1900s. Just like the original, this 60-watt bulb features a small glass tip at the end, which was traditionally used to seal the bulb. It is perfect for pairing with lamps and fixtures that have an exposed socket and a medium (E26) standard base, allowing the vintage filament design to be appreciated to the fullest.

As I grow older my eyes become more light sensitive. Because I live alone I've converted my lighting to a more comfortable level for myself. Most white lights are low wattage or adjustable levels of brightness. These vintage lights are beautiful, giving an old-fashioned glow that provides a nice, soft light yet still provides enough candlepower to allow visibility. I believe I have purchased four bulbs to date, all still in perfect working order with no issues at all. Love it.

Fantastic customer service. I ordered eight nostalgic bulbs And for some reason, three of them went bad after only 20 minutes. Called up customer service I explained that I was in need of these for my Thanksgiving dinner , they overnighted me three replacements and one extra in case I just happen to get a bad batch. We bought these Bulbs to have future spares. They are exactly the same as we originally purchased 9 years ago. We did test them and they were all fine. Very happy to be able to purchase bulbs of this type considering the current environmental requirements.

They do not work in my light string with the other 60 watt Edison style bulbs. Why not?

Store owner replied: You need to tighten the bulb more! On string lights, unless you tighten them really hard they will not reach the bottom of the socket!

I ordered 4 Vintage Edison bulbs (2) 40 Watt (2) 60 Watt. Installed all four with no issues, within 24 hours one of the 60 watt bulbs was out (filament off contact) The shipping box was slightly damaged.

These Edison Style - Vintage Antique 60 Watt Bulbs are beautifully made. Not LED's, but REAL fine wire ELEMENTS woven in the classic SQUIRREL CAGE design that lends a wonderful glow to any lighting fixture. I actually use them for our outer Garage lamps. They look so warm and inviting unlike LED's that are cold and stark.

I had bought some dimmable Edison style bulbs elsewhere and they had an unpleasant glow and did not dim properly. These bulbs however, are perfect! Give off a great glow and dim and brighten very well.
