US SHIPMENTS
Most orders usually ship out within 24 hours. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. Most orders will ship via UPS Ground. Orders weighing less than 2 lbs will ship via USPS unless you request otherwise when the order is placed.
Canada & International Shipments:
We use USPS (United States Post Office) or UPS for all our shipments to Canada. USPS transfers the shipments to Canada Post which will deliver the packages to you. UPS will deliver directly to you. You are responsible for the import duties which are usually due at the time of delivery. On most orders you’ll be able to choose between first class (10-12 business days), Priority Mail ( 6-10 business days), or Express Mail (3-5 business days).
EXPRESS & NEXT DAY
Express and Next Day orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship out the next business day. UPS and FedEx deliver those packages on business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. If you have any questions or would like to know if we can ship out express orders after the cutoff time please call us at 800-605-6835 during normal business hours. (9:00 AM-5:00 PM PST M-F)

RETURNS POLICY
Our easy 30-day return policy gives you time to make sure you love what you got. NostalgicBulbs.com will issue a refund, replacement, or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Read more about our returns and refund policy.
The following items can not be returned:
Special orders and custom-made pendants, cannot be returned. All lamp wires that were cut as an order by the foot are also not eligible for return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENT
NostalgicBulbs.com will, at our discretion, replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or it was damaged in shipment.
For a damage claim to be successful, NostalgicBulbs.com has to be notified of the damage within 7 working days of the damage. As the shipper, we will file the claim on the customer's behalf and arrange for a replacement at no charge and no shipping, or arrange for a refund.
2-CONDUCTOR 18-GAUGE RED RAYON PARALLEL WIRE SPT-2 100-foot spool This is an 18-gauge cord in the parallel cord style where the conductors are covered in brown rayon braid. Please note: Parallel cord is a flat cord. If you would like a round cord, please see our 3 conductor Antique cord. Usage This wire is suitable for table-top, floor, and pendant use and suited to many applications, include wiring fans and small appliances. You should consult a qualified electrician to ensure that the gauge of the wire you select can safely support the electrical load of your lamp or small appliance over the length of wire you are using.
