US SHIPMENTS
Most orders usually ship out within 24 hours. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. Most orders will ship via UPS Ground. Orders weighing less than 2 lbs will ship via USPS unless you request otherwise when the order is placed.
Canada & International Shipments:
We use USPS (United States Post Office) or UPS for all our shipments to Canada. USPS transfers the shipments to Canada Post which will deliver the packages to you. UPS will deliver directly to you. You are responsible for the import duties which are usually due at the time of delivery. On most orders you’ll be able to choose between first class (10-12 business days), Priority Mail ( 6-10 business days), or Express Mail (3-5 business days).

Express and Next Day orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship out the next business day. UPS and FedEx deliver those packages on business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Our easy 30-day return policy gives you time to make sure you love what you got. NostalgicBulbs.com will issue a refund, replacement, or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days. The following items can not be returned:
Special orders and custom-made pendants, cannot be returned. All lamp wires that were cut as an order by the foot are also not eligible for return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENT
NostalgicBulbs.com will, at our discretion, replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or it was damaged in shipment.
For a damage claim to be successful, NostalgicBulbs.com has to be notified of the damage within 7 working days of the damage. As the shipper, we will file the claim on the customer's behalf and arrange for a replacement at no charge and no shipping, or arrange for a refund.

This lamp base weight works great for my lamp. It is smaller than my original base by 7/8", and that's okay. The hole in the center of the base was large enough for the threaded end to fit through without any problems. It's weight is perfect and seems to be heavy enough to keep my lamp from falling over. I would purchase this weight again.
It fit my lamp perfectly!
Just what was needed. The bottom portion that included the leg stand had broken at the cross piece. This lamp base was the perfect size to pull the lamp together. (I used a 1/2 inch lamp nipple with a coupling for extension ) The lamp now has new life.
This was exactly what I needed to repair my vintage pole lamp. The bottom broke away and would have needed a welder to fabricated a new cross piece. Instead I positioned the weighted lamp base, bought a lamp nipple extender with couplings. Stacking all the parts together along with a new 1/2 inch nut the lamp has a new life.

Fastened vertical column of lamp directly to new cast iron lamp base weight. Made a plywood bottom to enclose and protect wiring and used adhesive backed velcro to attach the plywood bottom to the base weight.
This was the only place I could find the size I needed. It shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. It works beautifully and is just what I needed. So happy to have my lamp back in working condition.

Quick shipping and a very robust light stand/plate. It's very sturdy and overkill for my application, but I'm happy. The price was a little much so dropping a star for that.
Delivery was prompt, price was reasonable relative to the value of the lamp. Lamp is significantly more stable now than it was with the cheaper concrete filled plastic form weight (even before the concrete disintegrated which was the reason the weight had to be replaced).

Wasn't sure if this was the right size or weight base. It is a little small (diameter-wise) but it fastened into my lamp very easily and holds it down. The only thing I would change, is make a slot that runs from the outer diameter to the center hole, so people don't have to feed wire through the hole.
The lamp loader was easy to install and it fit perfectly!

I had a lamp inherited from my older sister - that she bought at IKEA. LOVE the lamp, but I realized that the base was just chippy concrete with a plastic cover that had become brittle, and it was making a terrible mess on my floor. This base is PERFECT for the lamp, and I can paint it to the exact color. I'm really pleased.

As I am elderly, I had my handyman repair my lamp. It works perfectly.
The lamp base arrived promptly and as described on the website. This replaced a crumbling “made in China” cement/plastic inferior product that was obviously made cutting corners; cement mix failed. This product restored the pole lamp to its original design standing firm. David K. - Pittsburgh PA
No problems - it came quickly with good packing. You might suggest a concurrent purchase of a longer threaded tube need when replacing the plastic coated cement/plaster weight which uses a short threaded tube.

Product was a perfect fit and exactly as described. However, $42 for a piece of cast iron that weighs 6 lbs. is outlandish. A resourceful person with time could find a dimensional piece of steel, tap a hole in it and get the same result at a fraction of the cost.
I purchased a 9 1/8 inch floor lamp weight. The website provided enough information to determine in advance if it would fit my lamp, and the shipping was reasonable for the weight of the package. The lamp weight has done its job great - a crumbling cement filled plastic weight was replaced with the new cast iron weight, which will never fail the same way, returning an otherwise good floor lamp to usable condition.

The original weight to my floor lamp was plaster or concrete encrusted in a cheap plastic coating. This eventually dried up, crumbled, land fell apart. After some internet research I found this item which was the exact size and weight needed. It was easy to install and I’m confident it will last forever
