Most orders usually ship out within 24 hours. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. Most orders will ship via UPS Ground. Orders weighing less than 2 lbs will ship via USPS unless you request otherwise when the order is placed.
Canada & International Shipments:
We use USPS (United States Post Office) or UPS for all our shipments to Canada. USPS transfers the shipments to Canada Post which will deliver the packages to you. UPS will deliver directly to you. You are responsible for the import duties which are usually due at the time of delivery. On most orders you’ll be able to choose between first class (10-12 business days), Priority Mail ( 6-10 business days), or Express Mail (3-5 business days).
Express and Next Day orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship out the next business day. UPS and FedEx deliver those packages on business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. If you have any questions or would like to know if we can ship out express orders after the cutoff time please call us at 800-605-6835 during normal business hours. (9:00 AM-5:00 PM PST M-F)

Our easy 30-day return policy gives you time to make sure you love what you got. NostalgicBulbs.com will issue a refund, replacement, or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Read more about our returns and refund policy.
The following items can not be returned:
Special orders and custom-made pendants, cannot be returned. All lamp wires that were cut as an order by the foot are also not eligible for return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
NostalgicBulbs.com will, at our discretion, replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or it was damaged in shipment.
For a damage claim to be successful, NostalgicBulbs.com has to be notified of the damage within 7 working days of the damage. As the shipper, we will file the claim on the customer's behalf and arrange for a replacement at no charge and no shipping, or arrange for a refund.

I had to get a longer threaded pipe to use it because my base has a rounded perimeter. The pipe I needed was a 12mm with 1mm thread pitch and not the standard 1/4 IP pipe with a 1/2 inch od and coarser 18 tpi pitch. Just saying, in case you've got the same issue and think its a half inch 24 tpi pipe. You won't find it.

Quick delivery and the base fit perfectly. Much better than the original 8 lb base of iron confetti in plaster that had to be replaced because it disintergrated.
Replace broken plastic encased plaster weight. Much more durable. Height was lower, so it took some adapting to get hardware to support. Not a drop in, but a good and durable solution.

Floor lamp had a plastic covered concrete base insert that disintegrated. The cast iron replacement fit perfectly. Now the tall lamp is usable again.

Fast and the right fit
The lamp base was just what I needed to remain a favorite standing lamp. I gave it a four because the threaded hole in the bottom was the wrong diameter and I had to drill it out.

Worked well for a HD floor lamp with crumbling base. Used large washers as spacers to make it just the right height.
Really nice quality replacement for broken placer in floor lamp. Had to drill 9/16 inch holes to fit the lamp but was able to do so with a new cobalt steel bit and patience. Decided to add a 5 lb cast iron weight plate to bring weight to 13 lbs. Very stable. Wobbles eliminated!
Perfect for my lamp
It was hard to find a weight that was going to balance our floor lamp, but this one fit the bill. Everything fit together perfectly and it is working great to keep the lamp stable.
I modified the weight to avoid interrupting the electric cord and installation went well.
