US SHIPMENTS
Most orders usually ship out within 24 hours. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. Most orders will ship via UPS Ground. Orders weighing less than 2 lbs will ship via USPS unless you request otherwise when the order is placed.
Canada & International Shipments:
We use USPS (United States Post Office) or UPS for all our shipments to Canada. USPS transfers the shipments to Canada Post which will deliver the packages to you. UPS will deliver directly to you. You are responsible for the import duties which are usually due at the time of delivery. On most orders you’ll be able to choose between first class (10-12 business days), Priority Mail ( 6-10 business days), or Express Mail (3-5 business days).
EXPRESS & NEXT DAY
Express and Next Day orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship out the next business day. UPS and FedEx deliver those packages on business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. If you have any questions or would like to know if we can ship out express orders after the cutoff time please call us at 800-605-6835 during normal business hours. (9:00 AM-5:00 PM PST M-F)

RETURNS POLICY
Our easy 30-day return policy gives you time to make sure you love what you got. NostalgicBulbs.com will issue a refund, replacement, or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Read more about our returns and refund policy.
The following items can not be returned:
Special orders and custom-made pendants, cannot be returned. All lamp wires that were cut as an order by the foot are also not eligible for return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENT
NostalgicBulbs.com will, at our discretion, replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or it was damaged in shipment.
For a damage claim to be successful, NostalgicBulbs.com has to be notified of the damage within 7 working days of the damage. As the shipper, we will file the claim on the customer's behalf and arrange for a replacement at no charge and no shipping, or arrange for a refund.
This Black SVT/3 (round 3 conductors) wire is priced by foot, so please adjust your quantity accordingly. Example: If you want 10 feet of wire, enter 10 in the quantity box, and you will get one 10' length of wire. This wire is 18/3 which means that the copper wires inside the round cord are 18 Gauge. The SVT-3 is the measurement of the insulation thickness of the cord, the number of conductors, and the style (This style is round ).

We have a 20' ceiling in the barn and our kitchen pendant lights only came with 7' of wire for over the island. I needed approx 13' for each light and the OEM wanted to charge me 4x what I was able to get the wire for from nostalgicbulbs.com - I placed an order, got shipping updates regularly and my shipment arrived on time. Great experience... yet to use the product, but will over the next couple of weeks... Cheers!

I needed to modify some light fixtures. Nostalgic had exactly what I needed. I could buy it by the foot, no waste. It shipped promptly and dilevered as promised. Check that project off my list. I will use them again.

I have a cathedral ceiling and needed to hand my pendant lights requiring a different length cord for each light. This wire worked perfectly, and was an exact match for what was originally supplied with the lights. Just FYI, there is no labels or printing on this cable, so it can be visible.
Company was fine to deal with however the purchase was a waste of money , the product is UL but not certified to use in Canada ( All electrical products sold in Canada are required to have one of ETL, cULus or CSA safety certification. ) Product didn't pass electrical inspection .

My new house, which is under construction, has very high cathedral ceilings in the kitchen and the pendant lights we bought for over our kitchen center island only had 7 foot wires, which were way to short. I looked everywhere for replacement pendant wires with no luck until I “found” Nostalgic Bulbs online. You had just what I needed and I could buy it by the foot for a reasonable cost. I bought 50 feet; the electrician replaced the too short wire, and now our pendant lights hang at just the right level over our center island. Thank goodness for Nostalgic Bulbs.
We had an old lamp (purchased in an antique type store) that needed the cord replaced. We couldn’t find the smaller diameter needed in local hardware store or in large DYI stores. Great experience with Nostalgic Bulbs. They had what we needed and we appreciated the ability to only purchase the length needed. I'm building a house and the lights we bought were to short. It's not easy finding what you really like and have it in a day or two so we decided to fix them ourselves. I was so glad to find the correct size, type and color needed for our lights. Is was very easy to check out and we had it a day earlier than expected. Bonus was that we could order by the foot and not have to buy a large roll for just a few feet.
We have 12ft ceilings in the kitchen so standard pendant light cords are way too short (I need a 76” drop). I looked all over for black cord without white printing on it - no luck. This website was the only by-the-foot listing for all black cord. Highly recommended.
The wire was bought to have on hand in case it was needed but it was not. However, it was exactly the correct conductor should we have needed it to get the correct height of the hanging farmhouse style lights we installed.
