US SHIPMENTS
Most orders usually ship out within 24 hours. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. Most orders will ship via UPS Ground. Orders weighing less than 2 lbs will ship via USPS unless you request otherwise when the order is placed.
Canada & International Shipments:
We use USPS (United States Post Office) or UPS for all our shipments to Canada. USPS transfers the shipments to Canada Post which will deliver the packages to you. UPS will deliver directly to you. You are responsible for the import duties which are usually due at the time of delivery. On most orders you’ll be able to choose between first class (10-12 business days), Priority Mail ( 6-10 business days), or Express Mail (3-5 business days).
EXPRESS & NEXT DAY
Express and Next Day orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship out the next business day. UPS and FedEx deliver those packages on business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. If you have any questions or would like to know if we can ship out express orders after the cutoff time please call us at 800-605-6835 during normal business hours. (9:00 AM-5:00 PM PST M-F)

Our easy 30-day return policy gives you time to make sure you love what you got. NostalgicBulbs.com will issue a refund, replacement, or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Read more about our returns and refund policy.
The following items can not be returned:
Special orders and custom-made pendants, cannot be returned. All lamp wires that were cut as an order by the foot are also not eligible for return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENT
NostalgicBulbs.com will, at our discretion, replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or it was damaged in shipment.
For a damage claim to be successful, NostalgicBulbs.com has to be notified of the damage within 7 working days of the damage. As the shipper, we will file the claim on the customer's behalf and arrange for a replacement at no charge and no shipping, or arrange for a refund.

I assume it will be good. I purchased the bulb for a steampunk lamp that I am presently designing and fabricating. It should work well.
Kerosene Lamp - Electified!
I bought a Tubular light bulb from Nostalgic for a specific project. But first, a bit of background. We have an old kerosene lamp that has been a "decoration" in our home for years. I stumbled on a website while aimlessly clicking on the internet, and...wait! What's this? Our lamp with a light bulb instead of a wick? Yes! That's exactly what we need in our home. There are quite a few Instructables available on the internet. I used instructions from a few, modified them for my purpose, and got to work. This lamp was inexpensive to build because I had the wire/plug combo and lamp socket sitting in a corner of the workshop. I don't like to throw things out that I know will be used again, and this was the project that used some of the "stuff" that I just can't throw out. After only a couple of quality hours with a drill, dremmel and metal file, the lamp base was done. I placed the glass chimney on top, and sat back trying to decide the type of bulb that I would need - and it had to look appropriate. I went looking on the internet for bulb ideas, and to check out what types of bulbs are available, because I need a specific length, and it had to be a tubular style bulb. I typed in "nostalgic light bulbs", and clicked this website. What a great name for a company. It didn't take long to find what I needed on their site. I found the type of bulb, and the exact length required for this build. It might sound hokey, but it's as if they made this bulb for my kerosene lamp.So, let your creative imagination run wild, because you will find everything you need to turn your idea into reality with Nostalgic Bulbs. If you don't have parts kicking around the workshop, no problem. This company can help you out. And, if you're like me, waiting around for that last piece of the project to arrive is excruciating. Not with this company. I ordered 6 of them, so I'd have a "spare", and shipping was faster than fast. The lamp is done, and looks like the idea I had in my head. I'll be looking at "garage sales" a lot closer now, and I will be back for more parts and probably a different style of bulb and antique wire, plug and more than likely a cooler looking bulb socket to make it look old. So, hopefully, I've inspired you to make something unique for your home, and with a little help from this company, you will have a one of a kind lamp for your home, too. I've bought from this company....you should too.
